While selecting a Light for our Home or office space, many questions come to our minds, but no one to answer them.
The amount of light required in a space or where will the lighting fixtures Look their best.
Well here are a few frequently asked questions, to make lighting a little easier.
Chandeliers work best usually in rooms with a ceiling height of more than 9 feet. The chandelier should compliment, not overpower the furnishings placed under it.
Dont – install a chandelier in a bedroom that is too small for the room.
Hang a chandelier 30 to 34 inches over a table with 8 foot ceiling height. If your ceiling in more than 8 feet, mount the
chandelier an additional 3 inches higher for each foot of ceiling.

- Soft white/warm white (2700 Kelvin): Best for bedrooms and living rooms; providing a traditional warm, cozy feel to them.
- Bright white/cool white (4100 Kelvin): Best in kitchens, bathrooms or garages; giving rooms a whiter, more energetic feel.
At first we must decide How much Light we require
1. If you used to buy 100 watt bulbs, look for a bulb with 1600 lumens.
2. If you used to buy 75 watt bulbs, look for a bulb with 1100 lumens.
3. If you used to buy 60 watt bulbs, look for a bulb with 800 lumens.
4. If you used to buy 40 watt bulbs, look for a bulb with 450 lumens.
In our opinion soft white/warm white (2799 Kelvin): Best for bedrooms and living rooms; providing a traditional warm, cozy feel to tem. Bright white/cool white: Best in kitchens, bathrooms or garages; giving rooms a whiter, more energetic feel.
To determine the right size ceiling fixture might be frustrating combine the width and length of your room in feet, then use that total in inches for the diameter of your light. For example 10 by 12 foot bedroom should have a 22-inch diameter chandelier.
